The dynamic, interdisciplinary team of technical, clerical, management and administrative professionals that comprise the Department of Laboratory Medicine at Yale-New Haven Hospital provide a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art diagnostic testing services. Working on-site at this acclaimed 944-bed tertiary medical center, our team performs nearly 5 million tests every year. We also provide reference testing for many other hospitals and institutions.

Our Medical Directors - who hold appointments at the Yale University School of Medicine - include some of the leading experts in a number of specialty fields, and are actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the laboratories.
