Benefits Eligibility
A comprehensive, flexible benefits package is available to all full-time employees, as well as to part-time employees working 24 or more hours per week. Effective January 1, 2009, benefits begin the first day of the month on or after 30 calendar days of employment. Many benefits are purchased with pre-tax dollars, reducing employee income tax costs.
